Originally a collaboration with Aimee Fleur for Diabetes New Zealand.  This beautiful medical ID is one size on an elasticated band.  It has a unique heart ID charm with 6mm turquoise stone beads.  Its length is 19cm.   Wonderfully paired with any other bracelet.

Please note the tag on this bracelet is small and therefore requires a small font or not much engraving.  It measures 2cm x 2cm approximately.
