Our Active Sport ID is one for safety identification in times when you may not be able to talk for yourself.  Add safety IDs for running, cycling, hunting, fishing, walking and any time where you may need it, whether it be medical or accident. 

Choose safety and style when out and about and being active with the Active-Sport My Identity ID.   Price includes engraving (usually $20).

Simply:

1. Select a colour band - black or white - the pin and tuck closure is resizable - 16cm to 22cm
2. Select a coloured tag
3. Select a tag size - 28mm or 35mm
4. Select if you would like to add the Medical ID for further alerting to a medical issue or condition
5. Enter your engraving details - please note ALL engraving is on the front of these IDs NOT on the back as per our other medical IDs.
