Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items, unworn items (excluding engraved items) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns on any engraved items under any circumstances, as they are personalised. However, we will happily exchange non-engraved items at your expense for shipping.
Damage
We are happy to fix your jewellery. There is a $40 fee for repairs. If you would like your items repaired, please contact us. Please note that repairs are subject to our 3-month conditional warranty; see our warranty policy for more information.
Choosing the Wrong Size
If you select the wrong size bracelet, we will exchange any non-personalised or non-engraved items. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are $10 within New Zealand and $40 to Australia.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, and international orders may experience longer delivery times.
Please note that anywhere outside of New Zealand will take longer. We ship New Zealand-wide for free. We ship to Australia for a set $40 fee.
