Active Slim
Our active ID is one for safety identification in times when you may not be able to talk for yourself. Add a safety active ID for running, cycling and any emergency whether it medical or accident.
Simply:
1. Select a colour band
2. Select a coloured tag and clasp
3. Select if you would like to add the Medical ID for further alerting to a medical issue or condition
4. Enter your engraving details
Please note ALL engraving is on the front of these IDs NOT on the back as per our other medical IDs. Choose safety and style when out and about and being active with the Slim Active My Identity ID. Price includes engraving - value $20.
