The LEE was our third collaboration with Diabetes New Zealand.  

This super cool unisex medical ID is one size leather and stainless steel.  It has a unique leather bracelet with a stainless steel ID with the Rod of Asclepius - the well known medical symbol worldwide.   The stainless steel ID measures approximately 3cm. Its length is the standard size of 19cm. 

Price includes engraving.
