This traditional medical ID bracelet comes in stainless steel, rose gold & gold.  It features an interchangeable medical alert tag with a 10mm width horseshoe chain 

This bracelet is surgical grade stainless steel, lead-free and nickel-free, waterproof and durable.  

The medical id tags measures - 45mm x 12mm double-sided brushed stainless steel. 

All of our medical IDs have the caduceus symbol which is internationally recognised to alert first responders to your medical condition.   All engraving is on the inside.   

Available in 3 sizes:

  • 13cm chain with tag attached measures - 16cm
  • 15cm chain with tag attached measures - 19cm
  • 18cm chain with tag attached measures - 22cm
