North Medical ID Bracelet

The My Identity's North Medical ID bracelet is a versatile and convenient accessory that can be easily worn and removed due to its fully adjustable magnet closure. The tag is available in two variations, black with a white Star of Life symbol or stainless with a red Star of Life symbol, and is engraved on the back. Measuring 40mm (L) and 22mm (H), the tag is complemented by a magnetic silicone strap available in four colorways that can be entirely reversible, including the option to wear the strap in alternate colors.

The bracelet is designed to be both comfortable and safe to wear, as it is latex and nickel-free. With a total length of 25cm, the bracelet can be adjusted to fit a range of wrist sizes, from 18cm to 24cm in length.
